EC Elevate and its partners provide online courses and ongoing support to help people change their lives for the better.
Our Approach
Our approach is to empower every individual to achieve optimal health and wellbeing by providing tools that build skills, expand knowledge, and strengthen confidence.
On our platform you can book in-person and virtual one-to-one sessions with a dietitian, massage therapist or Kinesiologist. Online learning modules allow you to learn tools and strategies at your own pace. We will assist you via live chat or email if you need assistance.
If you have any questions, need clarification on key concepts, or wish to take part in group discussions, you are welcome to contact life coach.

One session is 30 minutes and can be done on the phone or online (FaceTime, Google Meet).
