Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Online courses, Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards
1. Appointment Cancellations
I respect your time and ask that you respect mine. To maintain fairness and availability for all clients:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are not charged and may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
No-shows are considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and will result in the session fee being forfeited.
3. Refunds
Refunds apply only to prepaid sessions or packages:
Sessions canceled with 24+ hours notice are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Package or program refunds are evaluated case-by-case and may be prorated based on sessions already completed.
4. Deposits & Payments
Any non-refundable deposits paid to secure long-term coaching programs or consulting engagements are not eligible for refund, regardless of cancellation time.
Full payment for single sessions is required before the session begins.
5. Emergency Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen.
If you experience an unexpected situation (illness, urgent matter, etc.), please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, the cancellation fee may be waived.
