Healing and Transformation Process

Healing and transformation are about becoming whole again. ongoing processes of restoring health, improving functioning, and rebuilding well-being after stress, trauma, or emotional pain.

This process may involve self-reflection, revisiting past experiences, replacing limiting beliefs, and adopting habits that support brain health, digestive health, immunity, mood, and stress regulation.

Note: Chronic stress can negatively affect the brain, digestive system, immune system, and other parts of the body. That is why healing also involves caring for your physical health through practices that support immunity, brain function, digestive health, and the body’s natural repair processes.
