EC ELEVATE PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the EC Elevate (ECE) Partner Program. By applying to or participating in the program, the affiliate agrees to the following terms.

Program overview

The ECE Partner Program allows approved partners to promote eligible ECE products using a unique referral link. Affiliates may earn commission on qualified sales generated through their approved link, subject to these terms.

Eligibility

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval. ECE reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Approved products

Affiliates may promote only the products, services, or offers specifically approved by ECE.

Commission

Affiliates will receive 30% commission on eligible net sales tracked through their unique affiliate link, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commission is calculated after discounts, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks.

Referral period

A referral will be credited to the affiliate if a customer completes a qualifying purchase within the designated referral window, currently 30 days, using the affiliate’s tracking link.

Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly, provided:

  • the applicable refund period has expired

  • the minimum payout threshold has been reached (minimum payout threshold: $10)

  • the affiliate has provided accurate payment information

ECE reserves the right to withhold payment for suspected fraud, policy violations, or invalid transactions.

Refunds and reversals

No commission will be paid on refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions. If commission has already been paid on such a transaction, ECE may deduct that amount from future payouts.

Affiliate responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • promote ECE honestly and professionally

  • use only approved or accurate descriptions of the products

  • avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims

  • clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and advertising standards

  • comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies

Prohibited activities

Affiliates may not:

  • make false or deceptive claims about ECE products or outcomes

  • present ECE courses as medical, clinical, or psychological treatment unless explicitly stated by ECE.

  • use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising methods

  • impersonate ECE.

  • bid on ECE brand terms in paid advertising without written permission

  • use unauthorized coupon codes or misleading discount claims

Intellectual property

Affiliates may use ECE’s approved brand assets, logos, and promotional materials only for the purpose of participating in the affiliate program and only in ways authorized by ECE.

Disclosure – Community Based Organizations

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation for referred purchases. Disclosures must be visible, clear, and appropriate to the platform used.

Example: This post contains affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.

Termination

ECE may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if the affiliate violates these terms or acts in a way that may harm the brand, customers, or reputation of ECE.

Affiliates may also leave the program at any time by written notice.

Changes to the program

ECE reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or end the affiliate program or these terms at any time.

Limitation of liability

ECE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
