Emma S. Kuffar, MPH, is a Life Coach, educator and founder of EC Elevate. She holds a master’s degree in public health and a bachelor’s degree in sociology. With over a decade in the healthcare field, she develops educational tools designed to support individuals in cultivating healthy habits, recovering from trauma, building personal identity, and improving coping and self-reflection.
